Welcome to Houston AREA #1 Harley Owners Group,

 Upon becoming a member of Houston Area #1, you have been issued a temporary green membership card containing your name, National HOG number, date of membership, and six unchecked boxes.  Active, involved members are the lifeblood of a successful HOG chapter.  To start you on your way of being an active member, our sponsoring dealership requires that you be involved in six events.  These events must include at least one volunteer event (i.e. Hog Dogs), the chapter group riding class, and four other events such as meetings, socials and any rides that are sponsored by the Chapter. Once these six events are signed off by a Chapter Director, you will receive your white membership card and become an Instant VIP member of Mancuso HD with all its privileges. 

 During this temporary period while you are meeting the 6 event requirement, you will accrue your points on your Mancuso Card. You MUST show the card at all registers (Sales/Parts, Accessories/Motor clothes & Service) for every transaction so the points will be added to your card to be redeemed later. Once you receive your white membership card you will be able to redeem your reward points immediately or “bank” them for future purchases.

 When you have completed your six events, please come to a Chapter meeting and turn in your temporary card for your White Membership Card.  If you cannot make the meeting, you may come to the dealership and see Sheri McBryde at the receptionist desk between 9 – 6. Once you have received your white card, you will be able to by the Houston AREA #1 patch/rockers to go on your jacket or vest.

Responsibilities:

■ Assists the sponsoring dealer and chapter director in upholding the “Annual Charter for H.O.G. Chapters”

■ Ensures that chapter members have current national H.O.G. memberships ■ Enrolls new members into chapter

■ Administers annual chapter member renewal process

■ Works with chapter secretary to ensure the annual Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release is on file for each member

■ Maintain membership changes online in the Chapter Officer section of members.hog.com (requires internet accessibility)

 HOTDOGS ARE BACK!!!!!!!

 IF YOU HOLD A GREEN CARD THAT HAS “V” UN-SIGNED, PLEASE EMAIL ME AS WE NEED TO SCHEDULE YOU FOR HOTDOGS.

 610 will do hotdogs every Saturday however; the chapter will only need volunteers for the following days.   
Volunteers will be needed to do Hotdogs the 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month at (610 North Main).  Volunteers will be needed to do Hotdogs the 3rdt Saturday of each month at (290 Crossroads)
